Designed by the Jean-Christophe Quinton Architecte agency, the Researchers' residence offers medium- to long-term accommodation to visiting scholars invited by Campus Condorcet member institutions.

It consists of 88 fully-furnished apartments, from studios to three-bedrooms, and offers full hotel service to its residents. Ideally located just behind the Conference centre and moments from the Front Populaire metro station, it also houses an academic social space, the Faculty Club, on the ground floor. Resident researchers and their guests can relax in the Club’s cosy salons.

The Architect’s vision

“The building has lots of character. Its form narrows from floor to floor, going from a wide ground floor to three spindly towers in the upper levels. Its undulating, white fibre-reinforced concrete exterior plays with the light, allowing it to enliven the landscape around it, including the vegetable gardens and the terrace it shares with the Conference centre.” Jean-Christophe Quinton Architecte
