Campus Condorcet boasts two student residences: Condorcet Alpha and Condorcet Omega, both designed by the Jean-Christophe Quinton Architecte agency.



17 storeys high, these two tours mark the cardinal points to the extreme southeast and north of the Campus. They are managed by Arpej and house no fewer than 450 apartments, ranging in size from 18m2 to 28m2.
