Campus Condorcet hosts artists-in-residence at the Cultural and associative centre. Any form of art can be considered for a residency: theatre, dance, circus, photography, documentary films, comic strips, plastic arts, etc. Residencies are planned and set up with the Campus team.
From October 2020 to June 2021, Romain Dutter, a comic strip author/scriptwriter was author-in-residence at the Institut des Hautes Études de l’Amérique latine (IHEAL) on Campus Condorcet, for his comic book project on Latin America. His residency was backed by the Région Île-de-France.
From 10 to 14 May, the circus performers-artists-athletes Fabrizio Solinas and Caio Sorana were in residence at the Cultural and associative centre, in partnership with the Maison des Jonglages. RunRunRun is an experimental art-sport, circus-theatre-marathon project backed by the Leroica company.
From 27 April to 3 May, the dancer Calixto Neto was in residence at the Cultural and associative centre on Campus. This residency was devoted to creating the Outrar dance project, by the Brazilian choreographer Lia Rodrigues, which was presented during the Kunstenfestivaldesarts festival in Brussels, from 20 - 24 May 2021.
The Cultural and associative centre (EAC) at Campus Condorcet hosted Sexe et Consentement’s creative residency in early February 2020. This association carries out prevention activities to fight sexual and gender-based violence at university and develops artistic projects to educate people about consent. It was one of the first associations to take up residence at the EAC in 2019.
