The Campus Condorcet Paris site will be located on part of the old Dubois station site, which was previously owned by the French Rail Network, then repurchased by the City of Paris. The construction work is being jointly funded by the State, the Région Île-de-France and the City of Paris, to the tune of €23 million each.

With around 20,000 m2 of floor space, the building will be devoted to the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne’s degree and professional masters courses, and will comprise:

  • teaching facilities (auditoriums, tutorial rooms, computer-multimedia rooms, language laboratory, map room);
  • premises for tuition and educational support;
  • a library, primarily for campus users;
  • premises for everyday campus services, in particular restaurant areas managed by the CROUS de Paris;
  • a City of Paris student life centre
