La ligue des jeunes talents.

“La ligue des jeunes talents” is a collective of former jobseekers in Seine-Saint-Denis, now employed, who have decided to come together to help their peers: young jobseekers without a network.

This new kind of alumni network puts on a variety of events to help young jobseekers make connections, from coaching and team building exercises to job dating events, HR lunches, and Master classes.

The league’s signature event is a sort of JAMEL COMEDY CLUB meets Paris 8’s ELOQUENTIA: a series of pitch competitions held at theatres in Seine-Saint-Denis and around, where 10 to 12 young jobseekers have 3-5 minutes to pitch their career objectives to an audience of company executives. A networking event helps with connection-building after the pitches.

The league is supported by a large number of major companies operating in the region, including VEOLIA, SNCF, BNP, ICADE, CARREFOUR, SAINT GOBAIN, CRIT INTERIM, ACCOR, MANPOWER, L’OREAL; small companies such as TEKKIES CORNER, NEXT 6TEM, ORIBIKY, and DATACONNECT, and affiliated partners such as NQT, PROXITE, GROUPE SOS, and FACE.

The League is keen to have Campus students benefit from its network, experience its coaching, and to attend its workshops on subjects such as storytelling, communication, and networking.
